Review first
Requests are approved after a technical and commercial evaluation. A POC is not created automatically.

A POC is an evaluation request, not a subscription. We review fit, then approve a time-boxed trial.
Default scope
The standard POC is 30 days, two agents, and one agreed success scenario.
Hosted Control
The standard POC uses Subsetra-hosted Ark Control with agents in your VPC. Production SLA, HA, and custom integrations are out of scope. A customer-hosted Control POC is evaluated separately.
No production data is needed for this request.
